Penetration Testing (external, internal, web, mobile)
Vulnerability Assessments
Red Teaming and Social Engineering
Regulatory and Compliance Audits
Security Consultancy
All services are performed in accordance with applicable UK laws and standards, including the UK
GDPR, NCSC guidance, and relevant UK cybersecurity frameworks.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information as requested for security assessments.
Obtain prior authorisation from relevant stakeholders before requesting testing on systems or
infrastructure.
Use all security reports and advice responsibly, solely for internal improvement and risk
mitigation.
Comply with all applicable legislation, including the UK GDPR, the Network and Information
Systems Regulations 2018 (NIS Regulations), and the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information and test results are handled in strict confidence. We implement robust technical and
organisational measures to protect data in line with the UK GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].
Confidentiality obligations continue after the termination of any agreement unless otherwise required by
law.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in reports, methods, scripts, tools, and deliverables remain the property of
Cyber Sentinel Solutions Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-
transferable licence to use deliverables solely for internal security purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate findings and security insights, cybersecurity testing is inherently
limited. Accordingly:
Our services are provided on a best-effort, informational basis.
We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or
business disruption.
Our liability for direct losses is capped at the total amount paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any
other matter which cannot be excluded by law (per the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7. Service Availability
We aim to ensure continued availability of our services, but we may suspend or withdraw services
temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or security enhancements without notice.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, natural disasters, power outages, or changes in law or
regulation.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or our services.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
